Long since forgotten - or maybe not?
A little project of the students of the 2b took us back to former times – and long since forgotten styles. The students had to investigate the Teddy Boys (1950s), the Hippies (1960s), the Punks (1970s) and the New Romantics (1980-1982). Highly motivated, they gleaned information concerning the movements’ attitudes and opinions, their bands and songs and, above all else, their fashion. When it was time to present the results they showed themselves wearing the respective clothes of the bands they studied.
Whether the clothes can also be worn while working in the forest is yet to be tested. – Protective clothing in hippie-style could – because of the colors – definitely be an alternative…
Furthermore it should be pointed out that especially a punk-like hairstyle can be used instead of an ‘ordinary’ pencil case :-) Good news for future generations of teddy-bears: in the technical high school of forestry we teach grammar even to fluffy bears – whether they like that or not leaves room for further investigation!
